Cocinar dos minutos todo junto e incorporar el tomate rallado, removemos y dejamos a fuego medio 15 minutos.
- Una vez que nuestro sofrito esté blandito, incorporamos las setas, removemos para que se mezclen todos los ingredientes y cocinamos todo junto durante cinco minutos.
- Agregamos a la sartén el vino blanco y la hoja de laurel, subimos el fuego y dejamos que el alcohol se evapore. Incorporamos los filetes que teníamos reservados y dejamos cocinar unos minutos a fuego medio.
- Incorporamos los piñones y cubrimos con agua, cocinamos a fuego medio-lento una hora, hasta que la salsa se reduzca.
- Servir bien caliente y a disfrutar de los sabores. La salsa está muy rica, así que aprovechad para mojar pan.
