- Para la mezcla de mascarpone, trituramos el queso con 3 dátiles medjoul deshuesados, y un chorrito de leche o agua para aligerar consistencia.
- Sacamos el bizcocho y dejamos enfriar. Preparamos un café de cafetera (yo le pongo descafeinado). Partimos el bizcocho en dos. En la primera capa añadimos café empapando el bizcocho, y por encima la mitad de la crema de mascarpone. Colocamos la otra mitad del bizcocho, y repetimos, mojar con el café, y la capa de mascarpone. Finalmente, espolvoreamos por encima cacao puro desgrasado en polvo.
