  3. En otro bol montar la nata. Para montar la nata yo meto el brick unos minutos en el congelador, y también el bol donde voy a montarla y las Varillas, y después antes de abrir el brick lo remuevo muy bien.
  4. Cuando la nata esté a medio montar añadir 30 gr de azúcar y unas gotitas de vainilla.
  5. Añadir la nata a la otra mezcla, integrar con movimientos envolventes con ayuda de una lengua pastelera.
  6. En un plato hondo poner leche con cacao y unas gotitas de vainilla, sumergir los bizcochos unos segundos, escurrir y ponerlos en la bandeja que vayamos a servir, con la parte azucarada hacia arriba.
  7. Cuando tengamos una base de soletillas con la medida que queramos, rellenamos una manga pastelera con una boquilla redonda con la mezcla de nata y cubrimos toda la base.
  8. Repetimos poniendo encima otra base de soletillas mojadas en la leche y el cacao y otra base de crema.
  9. Con ayuda de un colador espolvoreamos cacao al gusto por encima y refrigeramos unas 3 horitas antes de servir.
