- Para la crema de limón : Calentar la leche con la mitad del azúcar. Con la otra mitad de azúcar batir las yemas con el jugo de limón y la fécula de maíz, mezclar bien, luego agregar a la leche y mover constantemente hasta que hierva y espese. Reservar tapado a piel con papel film.
- Para el relleno: batir el mascarpone con la crema de leche y el azúcar, luego agregar la crema de limón fría, seguir batiendo hasta obtener una crema firme y untuosa.Reservar
- Para el almíbar : En una cacerola hervir el agua con el azúcar hasta disolver las partículas de azúcar, finalmente agregar el jugo de limón
- Disponer el almíbar en un plato hondo, empezamos a humedecer las Vainillas y lo acomodamos en la base de un refractario o un molde sin fondo para después poder desmoldarlo
- Cubrimos las Vainillas con la crema de limón e intercalamos hasta obtener 2 capas de crema y dos de Vainillas
- Llevar a la heladera mínimo 2 horas o hasta el día siguiente.
- Desmoldar y decorar con crema y rodajas de limón
