- 1 crema de leche
- 1 taza leche

- 4 huevos
- 1 taza azúcar
- 20 vainillas

- Disponer de todos los ingredientes preparar el café con leche y un poco de azúcar y la cucharada de vainilla.
- Usaré en total 1 taza de azúcar sugiero distribuirla en cada crema que preparemos. En este caso batir las yemas hasta que quede espumosa y agregar un poco de azúcar hasta lograr una crema blanca. Luego poner en una ollita a baño María y revolver con cuchara de madera hasta que espese. Reservar.
- Batir a punto nieve las claras con un poco más de azúcar. Reservar.
- En un bol batir la crema de leche con el azúcar restante hasta que logre un punto firme, luego con movimientos envolventes agregar el queso mascarpone, el queso untable y por las yemas. Finalmente agregar las claras batidas de a poco y siempre con movimientos suaves.
- Ahora solo queda montar el postre humedeciendo las vainillas en el café y poniendo en el recipiente. Luego cubrir con un poco de la preparación y nuevamente una capa de vainillas, terminar cubriendo con la preparación y llevar a heladera por 4 horas aproximadamente y frezeer un par de horas.
- Antes de servir espolvorear con cacao o chocolate... tiene varios pasos pero vale la pena hacer este delicioso postre con #Huevo
