  1. Agregar las Yemas a la batidora y batir mientras se va a preparar el Almíbar
  2. Preparación del Almíbar para Relleno
  3. Agregar el agua en una cacerolita y el Azúcar, hasta que comience a hacer burbujitas (tiene que estar transparente y no estar color marrón, en ese caso NO SIRVE)
  4. Para saber el punto, colocar una pequeña cucharadita del Almíbar en una taza con agua fría. Agarrar al almíbar casi inmediatamente y hacer una bolita… ese es el PUNTO.
  5. Unir las Yemas con el Almíbar
  6. Sin dejar de Batir las Yemas, ir agregando el Almíbar de la cacerolita en forma de hilo (despacio).

    Batir la preparación, hasta que esté frío el Bowl (ese es el punto, de esta manera las yemas se cocinan)
  7. Mezclar el Mascarpone hasta que quede una mezcla espesa
  8. Agregar la crema de leche, batida previamente a un 30% con la minipimer
  9. Unir el Mascarpone con la Crema de Leche y mezclar bien, hasta que tenga consistencia.
  10. Agregar agregar las Yemas y mezclar bien pero sin que las Yemas pierdan la espumosidad. De ser necesario utilizar la batidora.
  11. Guardar en la Heladera uno 20 minutos
  12. Unir el Café con el vino Marsalla.
  13. Para la preparación, vamos a utilizar la pire, y formaremos 3 capas de vainillas.

    La primeras en forma vertical, la segunda fila con forma horizontal (tendremos que cortar unas vanillas para que cubra bien) y la tercer capa en forma vertical.
  14. Mojamos bien cada vainilla y la colocamos en la pire.
  15. Cubrimos una capa, agregamos la cantidad necesaria (sin ser demasiado) para cubrir la superficie con la crema.
  16. Repetimos hasta terminar.
  17. En la última capa agregamos toda la mezcla.
  18. Finalizado dejar en la Heladera cubierto con un Film transparente, durante 3 horas mínimos.

    Luego sacar y espolvorear con chocolate amargo (rallado) + un poco cacao
