  6. Para la crema mascarpone necesitamos hidratar la grenetina y reservar. Para la paté a bombe necesitamos hervir azúcar con agua. Mientras que con las yemas las aclaramos.
  7. Derretimos la grenetina para poder agregarle a nuestra mezcla, junto con la paté a bombe una vez mezclado, agregamos el queso crema a temperatura ambiente
  8. Por último se le agrega la crema lyncott ya montada. Para el ensamblado debemos mojar las galletas con el jarabe
  9. Hacemos nuestra capa y le agregamos un poco de nuestra mezcla. Por último le agregamos la cocoa. Se deja enfría por un tiempo
  10. Y obtenemos nuestro tiramisú.
