  2. Calamares cortados a tu gusto

  5. 6 gambas o gambones
  6. 300 ml caldo de marisco (o de pescado)
  7. 3 cucharadas tomate frito o natural (Si utilizas este último pon un bote pequeño)
  8. 1 vasito vino blanco
  9. Aceite de oliva
  10. Pimentón dulce y/o picante
  11. 2 dientes ajo
  12. Sal

  1. En una cazuela, con un poco de aceite, ponemos a un par de dientes de ajo pelados para aromatizar el aceite.
  2. Cuando empiecen a chisporrotear, agregamos los fideos escogidos y doramos a placer. Cuanto más dorados, más sabor. Retiramos y reservamos.
  3. Con otro poco de aceite y en la misma cazuela, sofreímos los calamares junto con la cebolla cortada muy pequeña. Rehogamos todo junto hasta que la cebolla transparente.
  4. Agregamos el tomate frito, rehogamos para integrar y vertemos de nuevo los fideos a la cazuela. Aquí omití el ajo. Tu puedes dejarlo si lo prefieres.
  5. Rehogamos bien para que queden los fideos impregnados y añadimos el vino blanco. Subimos el fuego y dejamos que el alcohol se evapore.
  6. Una cucharadita de pimentón toda bien repartidita por la cazuela y ya vertemos el caldo. Dejamos cocer siguiendo las ordenes del fabricante para la pasta escogida.
  7. Mientras pelamos las gambas. Recuerda quitar el intestino para que no amargue el guiso.
  8. Cuando queden unos 3 o 4 minutos para finalizar, agregamos las gambas y el pulpo. Tapamos y dejamos acabar de cocer todo el conjunto. Rectifica de sal si lo crees necesario.
  9. Sírvela bien calentita. Acompáñala con un poco de all i oli o de mayonesa al ajo y verás que combinación tan rica. Disfrútala
