  6. Cuando hayan tomado color añadir el tomate frito y dar dos vueltas, para enseguida añadir las hebras de azafrán y el pimentón de La Vera.
  7. Ir removiendo rápido para que no se quemen ni el azafrán ni el pimentón.
  8. Ahora ya tan solo queda echar los fideos, remover un poco para después verter sobre la paella todo el caldo caliente.
  9. Subir el fuego al máximo, y dejar cocer 3 minutos.
  10. Se puede ir removiendo de vez en cuando para igualar y que el fideo quede más meloso.
  11. Dejar reposar 5 minutos con el fuego apagado y servir.
