  1. En una sartén ponemos un poco de aceite y pasamos las gambas, solo un par de minutos. Sacamos y reservamos.
    Cortamos las verduras muy pequeñas y las ponemos en la sartén donde hemos hecho los langostinos, dejamos pochar. Añadimos los calamares cortados en trozos no muy grandes, salteamos.
  2. Una vez salteado, añadimos sal, pimienta y 2 cucharadas de tomate frito, mezclamos todo, añadimos un vasito de brandy y flambeamos hasta que se apague el fuego, añadimos un vasito de vino blanco, y se deja evaporar de nuevo. Apagamos el fuego y reservamos.
  3. Ahora en una paellera ponemos un chorrito de aceite y salteamos los fideos, cuando estén dorados, añadimos la mezcla de verduras y marisco, mezclamos bien. Añadimos el caldo de marisco y dejamos cocer unos 10 minutos. Según nos guste el punto de cocción. Dejamos reposar unos minutos, tapado con un trapo.
  4. Lo podéis hacer con cualquier cosa, carne, marisco, mixta... el procedimiento es el mismo.
