  3. A continuación le añadimos dos tomates cortados y pelados y una cucharada de concentrado de tomate, removemos y esperamos unos 15 min hasta que todo esté mezclado y hecho.
  4. Una vez esté hecho le añadimos las tiras de choco y removemos y añadimos un buen chorro de vino blanco, movemos y dejamos unos 3 minutos hasta que se evapore el alcohol.
  5. Después echamos los fideos removemos y añadimos colorante alimenticio y removemos para que se mezcla.
  6. Echamos un tetrabrick de caldo de pescado, movemos y cerramos a la mitad con la tapadera y cuando hierva contamos 10 min.
  7. Cuando hayan pasado esos 10 min le añadimos las almejas y los langostinos pelados. Si se queda muy seco echamos un poco de agua. Cerramos y esperamos 3 min.
  8. Por último probamos de sal y si nos gusta como esta no haría falta añadirle sal.
  9. Ya estaría nuestra fideuá lista!
