- Para la salsa ponemos un vaso de leche y el queso a fuego bajo para que se funda. Por otro lado en 1/2 vaso de leche FRÍA añadimos y removemos bien la maicena. Llevamos a ebullición la primera mezcla y añadimos el espesante, remover hasta que vuelva a hervir ¡Y listo!
