Continuemos batiendo hasta que este frío.
- En una ollita colocamos los 150 gr de azúcar restante con 150 cc de agua y el café revolvemos hasta disolver el café lo llevamos al fuego hasta que hierve y reservamos.
- Colocamos los quesos en un bowl y batimos 1 minuto. Por otro lado batimos la crema a medio punto y agregamos a los quesos. A todo esto le agregamos la mezcla de los huevos. Mezclamos con movimientos envolventes.
- En la fuente que vamos a armar el tiramisú vamos colocando las vainillas mojadas en el almíbar de café. Encima le colocamos una capa de la crema que preparamos. Y así vamos intercalando las capas de vainilla y crema, finalizamos con una capa de crema, llevamos a las heladera un mínimo de 8 horas.
- Antes de servir lo espolvoreamos con cacao amargo.
