- Cortamos el turrón en trozos pequeños, añadimos 100 ml de leche y el mascarpone y trituramos hasta obtener una crema. Si nos gusta con textura, podemos dejar tropezones
- Por otro lado, calentamos 200ml de leche y disolvemos en él la gelatina previamente escurrida y la añadimos a la crema de turrón.
- Para terminar, montamos la nata, y la integramos en la crema de turrón con movimientos circulares suaves.
- Empezamos a montar el tiramisú. Ponemos una primera capa de bizcochitos mojados en café en el fondo del molde. A continuación una capa de crema, otra de bizcochitos, etc...acabando en una capa de crema.hasta terminar toda la crema. En la versión infantil sustituir el café, por café descafeinado sin licor y por galletas María.
- Damos unos golpecitos sobre el banco, con el molde para acomodar los ingredientes, lo tapamos con papel film y lo guardaremos en la nevera al menos 4 horas, aunque es mejor hacerlo de un día para otro
