- Llevar al fuego una cacerola llena de agua (hasta la mitad de ella) En un bol más grande que esa cacerola mezclar las yemas, el azúcar y agua. Colocarlo encima de la cacerola batiendo constantemente hasta que la mezcla espese y puedas raspar el fondo del bol.
- Agregarle la gelatina previamente hidratada y derretida muy caliente. (Integrar rápidamente así no se forman grumos de gelatina
- Integrar la mezcla con la crema con movimientos envolventes.
- En una fuente colocar una capa de vainillas. Embeberlas con el café (tibio así absorbe más el bizcocho)
- Colocar una capa de crema e ir intercalando con las vainillas humedecidas. Terminar con la crema y llevar a la heladera por 7hs.
- A la hora de servir espolvorear por encima el cacao amargo
