- 400 ml crema de leche o nata

- Para estas cantidades tomaremos un molde rectangular u ovalado de 30cm de largo por 6.5cm de alto aproximadamente. Agregamos cantidad a gusto del licor en el café que habíamos preparado y humedecemos una docena de vainillas y las vamos posicionando una a una en el molde. Es importante que las galletas solo se humedezcan por fuera porque si no se romperían y no podríamos posicionarlas. Agregamos encima de estas 3/4 de el flan que preparamos y reservamos en un bowl el restante. Reservamos.
- Agregamos al bowl con el 1/4 de flan que reservamos, 200ml de crema de leche o nata (es recomendable dejarla 1/2 hora antes de su uso en el freezer) y el 1/4 de lata de leche condensada y batimos con batidora eléctrica hasta que quede homogéneo y algo espumoso. Si no se consigue el dulzor deseado se puede agregar azúcar.
- Preparamos otra capa de vainillas remojadas encima de las que tenían flan y vertemos la crema anteriormente preparada encima. Emparejamos la crema con espátula y volvemos a reservar a un lado.
- Con el resto de la crema de leche preparamos una chantilly con el azúcar y la vertemos sobre la última capa de vainillas. Acomodamos con espátula y decoramos con chocolate rallado. Llevar a heladera o refrigerador por un mínimo de 3hs o preferiblemente toda la noche. ¡Servir y disfrutar!
