- Una vez hecho y templado... separa las claras de las yemas... y batir las yemas con batidor eléctrico vamos echando el almíbar y con ello quedan las yemas cocinadas. Que queden color suave y reservar.
- Montamos las claras a punto de nieve, con 2 cucharadas de azúcar en medio de el proceso... y reservar
- Después montamos la nata, que esté fría... y en medio proceso la ponemos 2 cucharadas de azúcar reserva.
- Una ven esté todo preparado... en el bol de las yemas ponemos una tarrina de queso mascarpone... y mezclar bien con varillas para que no se baje mucho
- Incorporar en ese mismo bol la nata montada. Y por último las claras montadas, mezclar despacio todo.y ya tenemos la crema preparada.
- Preparamos un bol con café de cafetera, le ponemos 2 cucharadas de azúcar y unas gotas de aroma de ron.., el cacao también preparado y los bizcochos.
- Vamos mojando los bizcochos en café y ponemos en una fuente de cristal... una tanda y encima cubrir con otra tanda de crema.
- Ponemos cacao encima de la crema y seguimos poniendo bizcocho mojados en café y repetimos hasta terminar la crema... yo puse tres pisos... en la última tanda adornar con cacao a gusto.
