- Ya que tengamos las mezclas añadir harina cernida en las yemas alternado claras


- Colocar la mezcla en una manga y colocar tiras sobre papel estrella y cernir azúcar glass


- Para el jarabe hervir el agua con el azúcar aproximadamente 10 minutos hasta tener un jarabe simple, sacarlo del fuego enfriar un poco he incorporar el café soluble



- Para la crema:
Hacer un pâte a bombe con las yemas y el azúcar. Incorporar poco a poco para evitar separ la mezcla
- Poner a hervir más agua y azúcar hasta que las burbujas se vean parejas


- Ya que este se agrega al pâte a bombe y seguimos batiendo, después se agrega la grenetina

- Ya que esté lista la mezcla lo vamos agregar al queso crema previamente acremado


- Empezamos a batir la crema hasta llegar a la consistencia de pico y la agregamos a nuestra mezcla una parte de la crema lo revolvemos normal y la otra lo hacemos de manera envolvente

- Ya que esté listo empezamos armar el tiramisú, vamos a poner una cama de soletas remojadas en el jarabe de café y se le agrega la mezcla así hasta cuando ya tengamos tres capas


- Y a lo último se agrega cocoa
