- 100 gr fideos gruesos
- 200 gr lomo de atún troceado o tacos
- 250 gr almejas
- 100 gr guisantes
- 1/2 pimiento verde

- 2 ajos
- 2 zanahorias
- 10 gr piñones
- 400 ml caldo de pescado
- Perejil fresco
- 1 toque comino
- 1 toque cúrcuma
- Chorrito limón
- Aceite oliva virgen extra
- Sal

- Comenzamos sofriendo la verdurita. Pimientos, cebolla, ajos y zanahoria
- Una vez sofrito, añadimos unos 200 ml de caldo y dejamos cocinar juntos durante unos 5 minutos. Añadimos el comino y el perejil.
- Batimos todo muy bien y volvemos a incorporarlo en la paellera o sartén
- Añadimos ahora las almejas y dejamos cocinar hasta que comiencen a abrirse. Añadimos los guisantes entonces, la cúrcuma y los piñones. Es importante que todo quede bien integrado y que la almeja vaya soltando su sabor.
- Añadimos los fideos (yo usé de los gruesos) y bajamos el fuego. Añadimos el resto del caldo y dejar cocinar todo junto durante 7 -9 minutos (según queramos la textura).
- En los últimos 5 minutos, añadimos el atún y tapamos la sartén. Ponemos un chorrito de limón !!
- Dejamos reposar una vez este en su punto fuera del calor durante unos 5-10 minutos y servir !!!
