Os propongo un plato muy sencillo de preparar, con mucho sabor en el que vamos a combinar el pollo con varias verduras. Es un plato completo y sano que se puede acompañar con algo de arroz, unas patatas fritas o simplemente un buen pan para aprovechar la salsa.

- 1 cebolla

- Ponemos una cazuela al fuego con un chorrito de aceite y cuando esté caliente echamos la cebolla junto con un poquito de sal y el ajo en polvo y dejamos pochar a fuego medio-lento 10 minutos. Incorporamos las zanahorias y las hojas de laurel y rehogamos 5 minutos.


- Salpimentamos los dados de pollo y lo agregamos a la cebolla y a las zanahorias y salteamos a fuego medio-alto un par de minutos, hasta que la carne coja color.


- Agregamos los pimientos y cocinamos a fuego medio-lento 5 minutos. Vertemos la salsa de tomate y dejamos al fuego 10 minutos.


- Añadimos el pimentón picante y el tomillo, removemos y dejamos al fuego un par de minutos. Vertemos 1 vaso de agua y agregamos la pastilla de caldo de pollo desmenuzada, removemos y dejamos que se haga todo junto a fuego medio-lento 30 minutos.


- Ya tenemos nuestro plato listo. Se pueden tomar al día siguiente de su preparación, para mi gusto está más rico. Servimos calentito y a disfrutar. Espero que os guste!!!
